About SMD RISC V AI Module Lichee Nano
The Sipeed LicheeRV Nano is a powerful, compact RISC-V development board designed for AI and IoT applications. Powered by the SOPHGO SG2002 SoC, it features a unique multi-core architecture with a high-speed 1GHz RISC-V C906 core (or ARM A53 option) for primary OS operations, complemented by a 700MHz RISC-V C906 core for efficient task handling. The board includes 256MB of DDR3 memory and an integrated NPU capable of ITOPS@INT8 operations with BF16 support, making it ideal for AI visual processing tasks. With camera interface, Ethernet connectivity, and support for booting from TF card or SD NAND, this board offers excellent flexibility for embedded Linux development. Its small form factor and low power consumption make it perfect for edge computing, smart cameras, robotics, and other AI-powered IoT devices.
