Return Policy

We accept returns for defective products only. Refunds follow RBI timelines.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are credited to the original payment method. For UPI, cards, net banking, and wallets: within 5–7 business days of approval, per RBI guidelines. Failed or cancelled transactions are refunded within 7 business days.

Where a payment gateway fee was charged on your order, it is refunded together with the order value on a full refund. On a partial refund, the fee is refunded in the same proportion as the amount returned.

Eligible for Return

  • Products received in a defective or non-working condition
  • Components that are dead on arrival (DOA)

Not Eligible for Return

  • Products damaged due to misuse or incorrect wiring
  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Change of mind or wrong purchase
  • Digital products (code, documentation)

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at [email protected] or +91 91303 50359 within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order ID and clear photos/video of the defect
  3. We will arrange a free pickup or provide a prepaid return label. TecnoMate bears all return shipping costs for defective items.
  4. Refund or replacement is processed after inspection

Grievance Redressal

For payment or refund-related grievances, contact our Grievance Officer at [email protected] or +91 91303 50359. We aim to respond within 24–48 business hours. Unresolved disputes may be referred to the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission or other fora under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, without prejudice to your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

Legal relationship

This policy is part of our Terms of Service. Nothing here limits non-waivable rights under Indian law. Refund timelines for online payments follow Reserve Bank of India directions applicable to payment aggregators and your bank or UPI provider.
