The RC522 RFID Reader/Writer Module is a compact 13.56 MHz contactless RFID module based on the NXP MFRC522 IC for ISO/IEC 14443A and MIFARE cards, tags and key fobs. Designed for Arduino, ESP32, ESP8266, Raspberry Pi Pico and other MCU projects, it communicates mainly via SPI and is ideal for access control, attendance systems, smart locks, inventory tagging and IoT authentication projects.
