The IR Obstacle Avoidance Sensor Module is a compact infrared proximity detector for Arduino, Raspberry Pi, ESP32, robotics and DIY automation projects. Using an IR emitter/receiver pair and an LM393 comparator, it detects nearby reflective objects and provides a clean digital output. The onboard potentiometer lets you fine-tune detection sensitivity, while indicator LEDs simplify testing, making it ideal for line-following robots, smart counters, object detection and contactless trigger circuits.
