The Sipeed LicheeRV Nano is a powerful, compact RISC-V development board designed for AI and IoT applications. Powered by the SOPHGO SG2002 SoC, it features a unique multi-core architecture with a high-speed 1GHz RISC-V C906 core (or ARM A53 option) for primary OS operations, complemented by a 700MHz RISC-V C906 core for efficient task handling. The board includes 256MB of DDR3 memory and an integrated NPU capable of ITOPS@INT8 operations with BF16 support, making it ideal for AI visual processing tasks.
