Ai Thinker Ra 08H LoRa Module

The Ai Thinker RA-08H is a high-performance LoRa module designed for ultra-long distance spread spectrum communications. Powered by the ASR6601 universal LPWAN wireless communication SOC with an ARM core running at 48MHz, this module offers reliable connectivity for IoT applications. It supports both LoRa modulation and traditional (G)FSK modulation under LPWAN use cases, providing flexibility for various wireless communication needs. With a frequency range of 803-930MHz, it's suitable for global ISM band applications. The module features 128KB of SPI Flash memory and comes in an SMD-18 package with an I-PEX connector for external antenna attachment.
