How It Works
The LM35 temperature sensor produces an analog voltage proportional to temperature (10 mV per °C). The Arduino's ADC (Analog-to-Digital Converter) samples this voltage and converts it to a digital value (0-1023). This value is multiplied by (5.0/1023.0) to get the voltage, then multiplied by 100 to convert to degrees Celsius. The result is continuously displayed on the 16x2 LCD using the LiquidCrystal library.
Prerequisites
Basic understanding of Arduino programming, familiarity with breadboard prototyping, and knowledge of basic electronics concepts like voltage, current, and ground. No prior experience with sensors or LCDs is required.
