How It Works
The ESP32-CAM connects to a Wi-Fi network and initializes the camera. It captures JPEG frames and packetizes them for RTSP streaming. An RTSP server runs on the ESP32 at port 8554. Clients connect using the RTSP URL format (rtsp://ESP32_IP:8554/mjpeg/1) to view the live video stream. The system handles frame capture, encoding, and network transmission in real time.

Basic knowledge of ESP32 programming, familiarity with Arduino IDE, understanding of Wi-Fi networking concepts, and experience with camera modules. Users should know how to install board packages and libraries in Arduino IDE.
