Project Details

The ESP32 Weather Station continuously monitors environmental parameters such as temperature, humidity, and atmospheric pressure and uploads the data to a cloud platform for real-time monitoring and analysis. This project is ideal for smart homes, agriculture monitoring, weather analysis, and IoT learning projects. It features real-time weather monitoring, cloud-based data storage, remote access from anywhere, and a scalable multi-sensor system. Power optimization is achieved using Deep Sleep Mode, data upload at intervals, and battery-powered outdoor operation.

How It Works

The ESP32 reads data from the DHT22 (temperature/humidity) and BME280 (pressure) sensors periodically. It connects to a Wi-Fi network and uploads the sensor data to a cloud platform like ThingSpeak using HTTP requests. The cloud platform stores the data and provides a dashboard for real-time monitoring and historical analysis. The system can be powered by a battery for outdoor operation and uses Deep Sleep Mode to optimize power consumption.
