About 0.96-inch OLED Display Module (I2C, SSD1306)

Add a crisp, low-power graphical display to your project with this 0.96-inch SSD1306 I2C OLED Display Module. The module uses a 128 x 64 pixel monochrome OLED panel driven by the popular SSD1306 controller IC, which includes display RAM, contrast control and an internal oscillator. Because OLED pixels emit their own light, the display does not require a backlight and offers excellent readability, high contrast and wide viewing angles in a very small footprint. This 0.96 inch OLED module communicates over I2C, so it needs only two signal lines from your microcontroller: SCL for clock and SDA for data, plus VCC and GND. It is widely supported by Arduino libraries such as Adafruit SSD1306, U8g2 and many MicroPython SSD1306 examples, making it easy to display text, numbers, icons, simple graphics and sensor dashboards. The module is commonly used with Arduino Uno, Nano, Mega, ESP8266 NodeMCU, ESP32 DevKit, Raspberry Pi Pico, STM32 boards and other 3.3V or 5V embedded systems. Typical applications include IoT status displays, temperature and humidity monitors, mini weather stations, battery meters, robot control panels, data loggers, menu screens, wearable prototypes and compact instruments. The 128x64 resolution provides enough space for multiple lines of readable text or small graphical elements while keeping power consumption low compared with larger TFT displays. Pin notes: the standard 4-pin header is VCC, GND, SCL and SDA. Most modules use I2C address 0x3C by default, with some boards configurable to 0x3D depending on the PCB jumper/resistor layout. Package includes one 0.96-inch I2C OLED display module; header may be pre-soldered or supplied separately depending on batch.
