About 0.96 inch SSD1306 I2C OLED Display Module (128x64)

Add a crisp, compact visual interface to your electronics project with this 0.96 inch SSD1306 I2C OLED Display Module. The display offers a 128x64 pixel resolution, making it suitable for showing sensor values, status messages, battery level, small icons, menu screens and simple monochrome graphics in Arduino and IoT projects. Unlike LCD modules, OLED pixels are self-illuminating, so no separate backlight is required, helping achieve excellent contrast in a small form factor. This module uses the widely supported SSD1306 OLED driver IC and communicates over the I2C/IIC serial interface. Only two microcontroller signal pins are needed for display control: SCL/SCK for clock and SDA for data, plus VCC and GND for power. The module is commonly used with Arduino Uno, Nano, Mega, ESP8266 NodeMCU, ESP32, Raspberry Pi, STM32, 8051 development boards and other 3.3V or 5V logic platforms. Popular libraries such as Adafruit SSD1306, Adafruit GFX and U8g2 make it easy to print text, draw shapes, create menus and show sensor dashboards. The 0.96 inch size is especially useful where space is limited, such as handheld devices, robotics controllers, mini weather stations, smart meters, GPS trackers, home automation nodes and battery-powered prototypes. The 128x64 resolution gives more usable area than basic 16x2 character LCDs while keeping wiring simple and clean. Pin notes: the standard 4-pin header is GND, VCC/VDD, SCL/SCK and SDA. VCC is typically powered from 3.3V to 5V depending on the module board. Most I2C SSD1306 modules use address 0x3C, though some versions may support 0x3D depending on board configuration. Package includes one 0.96 inch 128x64 SSD1306 I2C OLED display module.
